Submission Guidelines

  • NCTI-DCHK 2025 call for Extended Abstract/Full Paper

  • ​Extended Abstract Submission

    • The extended abstract should consist of at least 500 words and no more than 800 words within 4 pages using the given template, including references, figures, tables, and equations.

    • Please include a list of a minimum of 3 keywords.

    • Submissions will go through a peer review process. Accepted extended abstract will be published in the conference proceedings with a DOI after presentation.

    • All authors must sign an Author Declaration Form and Declaration of AI usage. This will be requested at the time of submission of the extended abstract.

  • Full Paper Submission

    • The full paper should be submitted within 10 pages using the given template, including references, figures, tables, and equations. The abstracts should consist of no more than 250 words.

    • Please include a list of a minimum of 3 keywords.

    • Submissions will go through a peer review process.  Accepted full papers will be published in the conference proceedings with a DOI after presentation.

    • All authors must sign an Author Declaration Form and Declaration of AI usage. This will be requested at the time of submission of the full paper.
